Each applicant over the age of 18 must fill out an application.  

There is a $40 screening fee for each application.

All adults living in a house must be on the lease.

Not sure if you have a maintenance emergency?

We consider it an maintenance emergency if waiting would result in the property not being livable or additional damage being done.  For example: running water from a pipe break (potentially damaging walls and floors) would be an emergency, a dripping faucet; however, would not be an emergency.
