Habitate provides expert local help in the Portland, Oregon Area with Vacation Rental Management. Including: home design, guest relations, revenue management (managing rates), cleaning services, and taking care of maintenance issues that come up.
Costs:
Marketing & Setup Fee: We charge a one time fee to create listings, build a guest book, and prepare everything ready for your first guest.
Monthly Management Fee: For stays of 30 Days or more we do charge a straight 10% management fee. For short term rentals licensed to do nightly stays - our management fees are 20% of the monthly revenue.
